10.13

करणत्वं द्विधा शुद्धं कर्तृतास्पर्शि च इति दश

Transliteration (IAST)

karaṇatvaṃ dvidhā śuddhaṃ kartṛtāsparśi ca iti daśa

— instrumenthood (the state of being a means) ; — twofold ; — pure (instrumenthood) ; — that which touches agency (is tinged with subjecthood) ; — ten

Instrumenthood is twofold — the pure, and that which is tinged with agency — so there are (another) ten.
