येन सा वा प्रमाणेन स्थाप्यते तस्य सत्यता ॥६८॥
yena sā vā pramāṇena sthāpyate tasya satyatā
— by which ; — she ; — or ; — means of valid knowledge ; — is established ; — of that (pramāṇa) ; — reality

And whatever means of valid knowledge she is established by — (you must first guarantee) the reality of that (pramāṇa itself).
