गच्छतो निस्तरङ्गस्य जलस्यातितरङ्गिताम् ॥१३॥
gacchato nistaraṅgasya jalasyātitaraṅgitām
— of (water) that is moving ; — of the waveless ; — of water ; — into a state of intense waviness

Of water that, though waveless, is flowing, (it passes) into a state of intense rippling —
