भेदतिरस्कारे सर्गान्तरकर्मत्वम् ॥३६॥
bheda-tiraskāre sargāntara-karmatvam
sūtra
— when difference is set aside ; — (arises) the power of effecting another creation

When (the sense of) difference is set aside, the power of effecting another creation (arises).
