कृतेनास्य फलं नास्ति नाकृतेनापि किल्विषम् । न विघ्नः प्रत्यवायो,अस्य ब्रह्ममन्त्रस्य साधनात् ॥९८॥
kṛtenāsya phalaṃ nāsti nākṛtenāpi kilviṣam | na vighnaḥ pratyavāyo,asya brahmamantrasya sādhanāt ||98||
— by acting ; — for him ; — fruit (to gain) ; — there is none ; — nor by not acting ; — any fault ; — no ; — obstacle ; — nor demerit (from omission) for him ; — of the Brahman-mantra ; — from the worship

For him there is no (added) fruit from acting, nor any fault from not acting; from the worship of the Brahman-mantra there is no obstacle and no demerit of omission.
