ग्राह्यग्राहकसंवित्तिः सामान्या सर्वदेहिनाम् । योगिनां तु विशेषोऽस्ति सम्बन्धे सावधानता ॥८९॥

grāhyagrāhakasaṃvittiḥ sāmānyā sarvadehinām | yogināṃ tu viśeṣo'sti sambandhe sāvadhānatā

— awareness of object and subject ; — is common ; — to all embodied beings ; — but for yogins there is a distinction ; — in the connection ; — is attentiveness

Cognition involving knower and known is common to all embodied beings. The distinction of yogins lies in attentive awareness of their relation.
