8.3

तत्र एषां तत्त्वानां कार्यकारणभावो दर्श्यते स च द्विविधः

Transliteration (IAST)

tatra eṣāṃ tattvānāṃ kāryakāraṇabhāvo darśyate sa ca dvividhaḥ

— of the principles ; — the relation of cause and effect ; — is shown, is expounded ; — twofold

Now the causal relation among these principles is set forth, and it is twofold.
