7.28

क्रमाच् च ऊर्ध्वोर्ध्वं प्रेरयन्ति दीक्षाक्रमेण

Transliteration (IAST)

kramāc ca ūrdhvordhvaṃ prerayanti dīkṣākrameṇa

— in due sequence ; — higher and higher ; — they impel, they drive (the souls) onward ; — through the sequence of initiation

And in due sequence they impel them higher and higher, through the gradation of initiation.
