The Essence of the Tantra3.14

3.14

अनुत्तरानन्दयोः इच्छादिषु यदा प्रसरः तदा वर्णद्वयम् ए ॐ इति

Transliteration (IAST)

anuttarānandayoḥ icchādiṣu yadā prasaraḥ tadā varṇadvayam e oṃ iti

— of the Absolute and Bliss (a/ā) ; — into Will and the rest (the i-series) ; — outflow, expansion ; — the pair of phonemes (e, o)

When there is an outflow of the Absolute and Bliss into Will and the rest, then arises the pair of phonemes e and o.
