22.12

तद् उक्तम् सृष्टिं तु सम्पुटीकृत्य इति

Transliteration (IAST)

tad uktam sṛṣṭiṃ tu sampuṭīkṛtya iti

— that has been said ; — having encased the emission (the universe)

That is what is meant by the saying: "having encased the emission..."
