त्र्यक्षरे नाम्नि भो इत्य् एकम् एव

Transliteration (IAST)

tryakṣare nāmni bho ity ekam eva

— when the name is trisyllabic ; — only a single "bho"

When the (guardian's) name is trisyllabic, (one uses) only a single "bho."
