3.13 सिद्धः स्वतन्त्रभावः ॥१३॥ siddhaḥ svatantra-bhāvaḥ sūtra siddhaḥ — (is) accomplished ; svatantra-bhāvaḥ — the state of (perfect) independence The state of (perfect) freedom is (thus) attained.
