प्रदोषेऽदः पठेन्नित्यं सोमवारे विशेषतः । श्रावयेद्बोधयेत् प्राज्ञो ब्रह्मनिष्ठान् स्वबान्धवान् ॥६५॥
pradoṣe'daḥ paṭhennityaṃ somavāre viśeṣataḥ | śrāvayedbodhayet prājño brahmaniṣṭhān svabāndhavān ||65||
— at twilight (early evening) ; — this ; — one should recite daily ; — on Monday ; — especially ; — should recite to, and instruct ; — the wise one ; — those devoted to Brahman ; — his own kinsmen

One should recite this daily at twilight, and especially on Mondays; the wise one should recite it to, and instruct in it, his own kinsmen who are devoted to Brahman.
