3.46

अङ्गुष्ठेन दक्षनासां धृत्वा कुम्भकयोगतः । जपेद्द्वात्रिंशताऽवृत्त्या ततो दक्षिणनासया ॥४६॥

aṅguṣṭhena dakṣanāsāṃ dhṛtvā kumbhakayogataḥ | japeddvātriṃśatā'vṛttyā tato dakṣiṇanāsayā ||46||

— with the thumb ; — the right nostril ; — having held (closed) ; — by retention of breath (kumbhaka) ; — should recite thirty-two times ; — in repetition ; — then ; — through the right nostril
