3.35
मन्त्रचैतन्यमेतत्तु तदधिष्ठातृदेवता । तज्ज्ञानं परमेशानि भक्तानां सिद्धिदायकम् ॥३५॥
mantracaitanyametattu tadadhiṣṭhātṛdevatā | tajjñānaṃ parameśāni bhaktānāṃ siddhidāyakam ||35||
— the living force of the mantra ; — this ; — indeed ; — the presiding deity thereof ; — the knowledge of that ; — O supreme goddess ; — for the devotees ; — granting attainment

This is the living force of the mantra: its presiding deity. The knowledge of that, O supreme goddess, grants attainment to the devotees.
