1.29

कपालान्तर्मनो न्यस्य तिष्ठन्मीलितलोचनः । क्रमेण मनसो दार्ढ्यात्लक्षयेल्लक्ष्यमुत्तमम् ॥२९॥

kapālāntar mano nyasya tiṣṭhan mīlitalocanaḥ | krameṇa manaso dārḍhyāt lakṣayel lakṣyam uttamam

anuṣṭubh

— within the skull ; — having placed the mind ; — remaining ; — with closed eyes ; — gradually ; — by the firmness of the mind ; — one should perceive ; — the highest goal

Placing the mind inside the skull, standing with eyes closed, by gradual steadiness of the mind one perceives the supreme target.
