जग्धिपानकृतोल्लासरसानन्दविजृम्भणात् ।
भावयेद्भरितावस्थां महानन्दस्ततो भवेत् ॥१०७॥

bhāvayed bharitāvasthāṃ mahānandas tato bhavet

From the upsurge of the bliss of flavor born of eating and drinking, one should contemplate the state of fullness. From that, great bliss arises.
