वितत्य चैतत् निर्णीतं तन्त्रालोके

Transliteration (IAST)

vitatya caitat nirṇītaṃ tantrāloke

— at length, having expanded (it) ; — and this (matter) ; — has been determined, settled ; — in the Tantrāloka

And this has been settled at length in the Tantrāloka.
