ज्ञानलाभादौ लौकिकोत्सवान्ते ऽपि सर्वत्र संविदुल्लासाधिक्यं देवताचक्रसन्निधिः विशेषतो भवति इति तथाविधाधिक्यपर्यालोचनया तथाविधम् एव विशेषम् अनुयागादौ कुर्यात्

jñānalābhādau laukikotsavānte 'pi sarvatra saṃvidullāsādhikyaṃ devatācakrasannidhiḥ viśeṣato bhavati iti tathāvidhādhikyaparyālocanayā tathāvidham eva viśeṣam anuyāgādau kuryāt
On the attainment of knowledge and on like occasions, and even at the conclusion of worldly festivals, there is everywhere a heightened upsurge of consciousness and, especially, the presence of the wheel of deities. Reflecting on such a heightening, one should perform a correspondingly special observance in the supplementary worship and the rest.
