20.31

अन्यविशेषश् चेत् अन्यपर्वणि तदा तत् अनुपर्व इत्य् आहुः

Transliteration (IAST)

anyaviśeṣaś cet anyaparvaṇi tadā tat anuparva ity āhuḥ

— a different distinguishing feature ; — if ; — on another sacred day (parvan) ; — then ; — that ; — a secondary/following sacred day (anuparvan) ; — thus they call (it)

If there is a different distinguishing feature on another sacred day, then they call that an anuparvan (a secondary parvan).
