Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra 1.81

1.81
इच्छायामथवा ज्ञाने जाते चित्तं निवेशयेत् । आत्मबुद्ध्यानन्यचेतास्ततस्तत्त्वार्थदर्शनम् ॥८१॥
icchāyām athavā jñāne jāte cittaṃ niveśayet | ātmabuddhyānanyacetās tatas tattvārthadarśanam
anuṣṭubh
— in desire ; — or in knowledge ; — when (it has) arisen ; — one should fix the mind ; — with mind devoted only to Self-awareness ; — then comes the seeing of the reality

When a desire or a cognition arises, one should set the mind on it, with the awareness 'this is the Self', undistracted. Then comes the seeing of the meaning of Reality.
