इच्छायामथवा ज्ञाने जाते चित्तं निवेशयेत् ।
आत्मबुद्ध्यानन्यचेतास्ततस्तत्त्वार्थदर्शनम् ॥८१॥
icchāyām athavā jñāne jāte cittaṃ niveśayet |
ātmabuddhyānanyacetās tatas tattvārthadarśanam
anuṣṭubh
When a desire or a cognition arises, one should set the mind on it, with the awareness 'this is the Self', undistracted. Then comes the seeing of the meaning of Reality.
