तत उत्तरोत्तरं दशगुणम् अहङ्कारान्तम्

Transliteration (IAST)

tata uttarottaraṃ daśaguṇam ahaṅkārāntam

— each successively higher (one) ; — tenfold ; — up to and ending with the I-maker (ego-principle)

From there each successive principle is tenfold, up to the principle of the I-maker (ahaṅkāra).
