दक्षिणायनान्तपञ्चदशी इति श्रीतन्त्रसद्भावविदः

Transliteration (IAST)

dakṣiṇāyanāntapañcadaśī iti śrītantrasadbhāvavidaḥ

— the fifteenth (full/new moon) at the end of the southern course of the sun ; — thus (say) ; — the knowers of the venerable Tantrasadbhāva (say)

The fifteenth lunar day at the close of the sun's southern course — so say the knowers of the venerable Tantrasadbhāva.
